Pilates

Pilates is an exercise method designed to elongate and strengthen the body by emphasising balance, alignment, proper breathing and core stability. While Pilates can prevent injury and assist with a range of ailments, many of our students also discover a fun, low impact way to exercise and relax.


Recommended by osteopaths, physiotherapists and general practitioners for:

  • Injury prevention
  • Lower back pain
  • Rehabilitation
  • Overall physical health

Whether you want to try Pilates for the first time or are looking for advanced tips, we offer a relaxed welcoming atmosphere, expert tuition and modern facilities.


Classes cost £8 per week per calendar month payable in advance (eg £32 for 4 weeks)
